Pinch of Nom, proper meals, not fad and Salads dieting. just good menu and eat sensibly, and one bad thing No Alcohol, can now though and not putting it back on which is the main thing.

Congrats OP. I managed to lose 7 stone. Similar, making sustainable healthy lifestyle choices. Walking more helps keep it off as well.

I do all that but it's not coming off very quickly

Unreal achievement! Well done. I LOVE PON. Made the Cuban Beef tonight. The recipes are gorgeous.

Lost 3.5 stone on Slimming World. Sadly, I've gained a stone back since Lockdown (totally deserved) but I'm back on plan now and enjoying cooking again.

You look fab. Keep it up x
