Tees barrage dogging

I've seen on here few times about people posting about dogging at the Tees Barrage. I was passing there today and thought I would have a nose about. Anyone know the location that it takes place? It just seemed very busy with 'non' dogging folk and couldn't really see any where that it would happen?

Wasn't looking for any action as I knew that there wouldn't be any at 2pm, was more curious to see where it might happen as I had never been there before and I was driving right by.
