It was really hard, especially being in a relationship the whole time. In one way it makes it a bit easier for me now I can’t meet, but in another it’s harder because I swore I’d never go without long-term again.

Been without for waaaay to long. Totally killed my mental health, confidence, self esteem. Masturbation does nothing to ease the pain. In truth it makes it worse.
