On our couples profile we add to our hotlist to indicate to each other that they may be suitable people for us but we need each other's views and opinions before making contact.

On my hotwife profile I haven't got anyone in there currently.

Our hotlist is mainly people we like the look of that realistically we are never going to meet. They don't know and it would feel a bit stalkery to tell them!

Whenever I put private notes in a profile, I will add it into my hotlist.

It's a mixture of things including profiles which I "suspect" to be fake or timewaster, but not yet confirmed.

It's because you can search your "hotlist" but you can't search your "private notes".

No don’t let them know, never really thought about doing so

We mainly use it for people we are interested in so we don’t lose them in the masses before making contact.

Then again there are some on there that are just because we enjoy seeing the pictures/videos they upload, most of them are so far away just would not be practical to arrange anything. But nothing wrong with a little window shopping right

I’ve let some know if they come across like they’d welcome knowing that information but others I imagine get 100s of messages a day and my trivial wee message would be a waste of time I think

We use the hotlist to follow people who put out interesting content despite there being no intent or likelihood of a meet happening.

We also use it to make note of people we would like to talk to at some point, but we never message them just to tell them they are on our hotlist. At that point you may as well just ask for a meet.
