Has anyone on purpose picked someone who they consider less attractive than themselves or their partner to avoid jealousy issues?

"You or your partner"

There shouldn't be any feelings of jealousy in swinging in our opinion. If one of us felt jealousy then we would have to take a step back. We aren't here to be feeling bad and negative emotions, just the good feelings.

Are you a plain Jane? I'm talking about picking someone in purpose because they are less attractive...not because you haven't got any choice.

For us it’s about personality and how we get on more than looks

I know what you mean, but it’s always an emotional reaction that sometimes can appear.

When meeting with a partner, it should be by mutual consent imho - unless the dynamic of your relationship allows for one of you to always make the choice

Of course there is jealousy. But jealousy isn't the problem. How we respond to it is the issue. Personally I find jealousy to be motivating and exciting. If I wasn't a little jealous I would have to assume it is because I didn't care anymore.

If that's the case, then there's issues already.

Those people are playing a dangerous game. So many become Male or Female playing alone. There definitely should be no jealousy. Swingers should actually enjoy their partner giving or receiving pleasure.

No, never.

For me jealousy wouldn’t be something I felt over looks. If I was to feel it it would be because my partner did something like take another woman somewhere he'd always promised to take me but never had, how she looked wouldn't matter. He's never done anything like that so, no jealousy
