I lost nearly a stone working in my Garden landscaping and building a retaining wall, glad to say I’ve enjoyed putting it back on

I initially put on a load of weight but then me and babygirl got strict about diet and exercise and lost loads.

4th June is my physique at end of lock down.

Unfortunately now we are both back at work we have put weight back on but both still leaner than before.
