Is it making a comeback?

We used to enjoy it but then swingers clubs started opening up all over the place. It was more comfortable and obviously warmer going to a club so the dogging scene seemed to die out.

Now with all the club's closed we were wondering if dogging was staging a comeback?

I live not far from a active dogging site and walk my dogs there regulary, first thing in the morning. This is the first October Ive not seen a drop in the amount of people there.

I think people are having to brave the cold and rain through no other option.

When I first went dogging maybe 15 years ago my ex brought her girlfriend along. We met another couple and maybe 20 doggers.

Same place now. Nobody.

All the "hot spots" are old sites that used to be good.

Most doggers don't use sites like this. The more quieter lesser known spots are being used more these days.

Not hard to find with a bit of common sense

Compared to 10 years ago it has definitely subsided a bit, I think due to more police and boy racer presence and dash cams/smart phones.....but I also agree that some areas are still active. Iv found most my dogging meets are now more arranged (on here) outdoor meets if that makes sense. You kinda loose the stranger approach to it all but at least you have some sort of guarantee their genuine...maybe

I know a good spot in West Cheshire. It can have a few couples there. No boy racers and it’s very secluded.

It is starting to pick up with after-dark antics.

Great for couples as there are no single guys there(I got invited for several meets there).

I was with a work colleague in her car in a quiet car park somewhere in Essex a few years ago when a figure came out of the shadows (no other cars around!) My work colleague was shocked so I shooed him away but......I personally was happy for him to stay and watch and it triggered an itch in dogging which I’ve yet to scratch!
