Shrewsbury

are people honest with thier ages , or have some people really had much better/worse lives than others ? .

It seems more often to be women of couples that we both have to double take at sometimes . And often its because it says 10 years younger than they actually look .

Mrs surrey has often been told she should lie about her age as she looks younger , but we think whats the point , you either like us or you don't surely the number on your profile does not really have much bearing .

Its always less of a problem when in clubs, where we get the feeling that people who you may turn down from their profile you wouldn't when they are there in front of you ?

Maybe thats it , maybe a picture does not always tell a thousand words , more a few line review

I hate having to put that I'm 37 because I don't feel it and have been told I don't look it either.

Thing is, the boyf is 23 and that's around the age group we'd prefer, so we sometimes worry that my age could put people off.

Ultimately, I will not lie about my age. It's just a number to me.

Cant say how old you look cos you got no face pictures up.. Im always told I look much younger tho..

I think the problem is often more that people use pics that are years old!!!

I had a man lie about his age. was really pissed off when I found out because he was about 10 years out of my age range. He was not my thing at all and I would never have wasted my time on him is he had been truthful.

But hey ho...

true as our face pics are in private i am afraid .... but we agree you should update your pics , as after a year people can look very different , all ours are now less than 6 months old .

im 53 but does it really matter? if you like someone & get on who cares about there age.

ok seeing on a profile in black & white may put some off but im still not going to lie about it,no point.

I'm 51, I keep myself fit(ish) I cycle and walk and play rugby. I am possibly fitter than some guy half my age yet so many on here just look at the numbers and not the person!

I am 32....put 32 here....been to my local tesco to get a friend some beer...been asked for ID....Do will have to show how ID next to hour profile here to prove our age????
