My health.

My body and facial hair.

Anything else is workable (but it took a lot of work to accept myself)

I have a fairly high level of body confidence. Am I perfect? Far from it! But if I'm at the stage where I'm getting naked with someone then I'm certain that they like me as I am, wobbly bits and all. I'd never allow worries about belly folds detract from having fun and enjoying the moment.

Not a lady obviously but men aren't any different we all have our flaws i don't think many people have body confidence in one way or another I'd change my ugly mug if I could think most men would probably say penis size but I've learnt to live with that it is what it is

Truthfully penis size is a thing I couldn’t care less about. But body positivity is so hard to come by for me. Despite all the changes I am still making and I see great progress I still see that same shitty thing in the mirror which is my body. The mental side of things is far harder to change than the physical and I never thought that would be the case

My body confidence is improving, actually posting my profile pic was a huge deal for me and it’s been helpful that some men still find me attractive despite my stomach (which is the part I’m most self conscious about).

Absolutely nothing wrong with that body my dear, we all have our slight imperfections (can’t think of another word at the mo) that we’re conscious of And dislike, but that doesn’t mean we’re not sexy or hot in the eyes of someone else.

You looks sexy to me.

Body image isn't just for the women.

We both have our hang ups about our bodies (although 99% of the time we disagree with each other). Hubby can be more negative about his sometimes, and has more than the Wife. X

It took me years to realise that my cock size just didn't matter. ( Takes alot to admit this) I didn't start pubity until I was 16 it was horrible. Societies image of a perfect body is just plain bullshit

I think one of the key things I’m learning is the difference between self confidence and self esteem. On the outset you’d think i was very body confident through my actions but it’s almost like one huge facade. I imagine a lot of women and men feel similarly

This, massively

Whilst there's plenty I dislike about my body (it's fat and hairy, for a start, although I COULD do something about both of those) my self esteem is at an all time low. Thats going to be the real hard part to sort properly, because I think for years I've just buried the problem rather than trying to deal with it

I've got pretty high body confidence. As I grow older I can see how the celebration of youth and youthful looks can impact on how older women and men feel about their bodies though.

Would I change anything? If it was pain free and non invasive I'd have my bunion sorted out. Otherwise no I wouldn't. Although I do the my hair.

Confidence is definitely a universal issue. Hard to remember sometimes given the way things can be polarised.

I'm a confident person online, and also with my clothes on, as soon as the shirt comes off it shows my issues... a deformed lung on my left hand side... makes it look I've got half a six pack!

I'm definitely more confident now than when I was younger. Massive thing for me would be my health, diagnosed with a rare pituitary condition 14 years ago after a head injury and seems so many things gone wrong since then and continue to. But I fight through them all and mostly do my best but on occasions I do get down with it and wish I had full health.

I can say with absolute certainty that there will be someone out there who thinks you’re gorgeous, ladies.

Not everyone has the same tastes, but I’m certain you’ll be a hit with at least some of the men on here.

Hang-ups are in your own head.

That said, my body confidence is at all time low. I’ve eaten lots and exercises rarely in lockdown

I realised that everyone puts their best foot forward and that those in the media are both heavily edited and genetic extremes.

I stopped hating myself. In my case I had therapy, which may or may not be necessary. I'm flawed and imperfect just like everyone else. Then I began to see some of what other people see.

My hubby is always telling me he lives my body and that I'm beautiful but I just don't see what he does, I have never been body confident I think alot this is because I compare myself to other women which is probably the worst thing I could do..it's a vicious circle really, but it has a knock on effect about how I think I am as a person to. Xx
