Seen a few women with the letter Q in the spade card logo on parts of their body, can somebody please explain the origin and meaning ?

It can mean 2 things, one they only sleep with black men (they tend to call themselves the true queen of spades) and two there are those who may have a white husband and/or bf but only swing/play with black guys.

There are some who have the tattoo to show they're into black guys but might still sleep with white guys but a true queen of spades considers her body should only be fucked by black guys only.

Don't kill the messenger btw, but yes that's what it means basically.
