Yup. Bloody annoying to see a chunk of new messages and then find out they're from other blokes.

I've considered blocking single males but then I'd get no messages at all

Could be a fantasy thing, or the challenge of converting a straight bloke?

I'll ask the next one that messages me and let you know

I just block and delete. I don't block single guys generally because there are other reasons they might want to get in touch, but it is annoying.

I take any contact from any sex, any orientation, as a compliment.

My advice is you should do the same, just take it as a compliment that they are interested in you.
