I often see men commenting in the forum about how the "genuine fabber/men" who some say their chances of succeeding on fab gets ruined by the non genuine men.. .. this bemuses me what people perceive a genuine fabber. What is your definition?

For me, someone who genuinely wants to make real connections with other fabbers and treat people with respect.

Agreed OP but also there are lots of couples like us who aren't looking for single men, so whether they're genuine or not doesn't really make any difference to their chances of success.

ooo Got ya, no I rarely send my pics so that's why I didn't know about it. Some people swear by not revealing any nudes but I think that's too extreme for fab.

To me a genuine fabber is open, honest and consistent in how they present themselves and how they treat others. Being non-pushy is important - having that mutual understanding that we are just humans looking for connections, and a fun time - no one owes anyone anything!

ooo Got ya, no I rarely send my pics so that's why I didn't know about it. Some people swear by not revealing any nudes but I think that's too extreme for fab.

I wouldn’t put full nudes on my profile, surely there’s nothing wrong with keeping some bit to yourself.

Men who say they cannot get a meet because of other single men's behavior on Fab do my head in.

If you cannot get a meet it is YOUR fault. There is something YOU are doing wrong.

I doubt any woman or couple thinks "That single guy we spoke to was a dickhead so we won't speak to you because you are another single guy" or "We met a single guy and didn't like him so we will accuse all single men of being the same" or "we get let down by single guy so we will say all single men are timewasters"

I can't get a meet because I haven't found anyone I like to meet. Yes my fault being fussy
