Just been informed that my fave club , Arousal has been forced to close its doors after 20 years. So many great memories there . Such a shame!

Never been, never even heard of them but I'm so sad for everyone who did, and the scene as a whole. I love my local clubs and I hope somehow they and the rest can ride out this storm.

Its a very sad time and I know that the decision made by Sharon and the AROUSAL Team was a very tough one

This news is a huge loss for the Swinging scene and for BMFC members in particular

We have had so many brilliant parties there!

Hi , yes I received an email from Sharon earlier. Great shame as I started going in their first year of opening and its been my fave club for all these years . Many great memories . Can't think of anywhere I would have rather been on a naughty night out.

Sorry to hear this. We went to our first BMFC night there, loved every second and went regularly after that. Unfortunately I doubt this will be the last one to close, how can any club or regular nightclub survive this, it could be well over a year before they can even think of opening again?

Loved attending the BMFC nights there. So many great nights there. Always my favourite ' naughty' club. End of an era.

Ourselves along with SparklyC ran our Naughty Bi Nature parties at Arousals which became a big success, in part, down to this fabulous club. Such sad news, but understandable in these unpredictable trying times.

This is such sad news it was the first club we ever visited although we were nervous Sharon and the team made us feel so welcome by the end of the night we popped our cherry multiple times such a shame xxxx

Sharon was / is Brilliant . I went to the opening night many moons ago, and it was my fave club by far, until it closed. But I hear it could be open again soon, under different owners who have been doing it up. Hope that's true
