Wink and then block???

Ok, so I realise there are LOADS of idiot single guys on here but I can't hold it in any longer.... Several couples on here are every bit as bad...

Not going into details but just suffered the last annoying straw...

Scenario is this: a couple winked me and I winked them back and followed up with a nice message along the lines of 'thanks for the wink, how are u tonight'. Log back in today and they've blocked me????

Seriously, no follow up message, not even a non reply, just a straight block after they approached me first?????

Each to their own but I just don't understand some people!

One of the problems with couples is that you never know who you are chatting to. One of them could have been browsing and winked you, showed you to the other who said 'not a chance', so they blocked you to prevent future winkage.

Unfortunately you will never know so don't give them another thought.

a wink doesnt mean they are interested in getting to know you.

different people see them in different ways.

ok if we had winked, then we are, but not everyone.

Could also be as simple as winking by accident...i dont know how many times ive done that especially when perving profiles on my phone

That has happened to me too... Sent a couple friend requests too by accident

Not really giving them another thought, just thought blocking was a bit harsh??

Winking pisses me off as much as 'poking' does on Facebook. Wish you could block them so I don't have to rant about it in our profile.

I def use the wink to show an interest... Much quicker than writing a message to only have it unread or deleted
