If you are new to them, and or they are the wrong type or fit, then yes then can be very painful and potentially cause injury.

Could someone give a primer on the fit, pain, potential injuries etc? I'm not interested in using a cage (either on myself or someone else) but on a functional level it would be interesting!

Been caged several times for different lengths of time, if you wish to be denied orgasm and erections and love that head f*ck then I'd recommend a cage

Its one of those things to experience in life..give it a go OP.. in our case its opened a huge dynamic in our relationship. plus when let loose to play its constant erections..bonus!

i would recommend giving chastity a go... it does take a while to get used to cage (building up over time), and others said, getting on that works for well is tough too... as there is a lot of personal taste and physical differences to account for.

Aim to get one that matches your flacid size, will make erections less painful as getting hard into a restricted space, means you struggle to manage an erection verses a cage that guides the erection into the body more via the cage.

Being caged, teased and denied is a massive mindfuck and great fun.

Cuck is caged often - however for relatively short periods of time. In the initial early days I think he burst a vessel trying to get hard while I was teasing him. Not sure if it was the cage but he got weird brushing around his thighs.
