Is there anything interesting around the city? Will be staying at one of the hotels in central...looking for relaxed and possibly naughty evening at my hotel room!

It's a great place!

Wether or not you end up having a fab kinky weekend will depend on you, and if you can find one or more willing playmates.

Dubai & Nottingham

Don’t particularly like the place, just roundabouts and tacky chains, Loughborough, Leicester (cultural quarter), Stamford even Peterborough are all nicer and more fun in our opinion. There’s also fun to be had closer to home , castle/park area and lace market

How is Peterborough better than Milton Keynes?

Peterborough is full of Kebab shops, mobile phone shops and all restaurants serve Pizza, even the Russian one! The bus station is a joke, as is Stagecoach.

Stamford is far classier than Peterborough, despite the fact that Burleigh house is technically in Peterborough, but that doesn't bother Stamford whatsoever.

Peterborough

"Don’t particularly like the place, just roundabouts and tacky chains,

It's got concrete cows at Stacey Bushes and Opposite the food hall, near the LEGO store.

Two aqueducts one rural, one on a housing estate

One windmill with sails

The Grand Union canal

Three riverside pubs, where you can park near to the water.

Plenty of marinas and canal barges

IKEA, not just the warehouse

A place for headline music acts to visit on a regular occurrence

A theme part, for the little ones

Loads of lakes

Loads of ways to walk and avoid the traffic

A road that goes straight to Wales, alway a bonus

Secret marinas, like the one in Fenny Stratford

Simpson, that secret village!

That view from the path, opposite the theatre and John Lewis, that looks like you're on the moors. Which you can do in a few minutes

Cleaner air than Luton, then again there's no airport in MK...Yes I know about Cranfield

A large ferris wheel

Two Metro bank branches

The large climbing/wires activity centre

Costco, if you're eligible

Build a bear store (no longer in Peterborough)

An outdoor market

a Grid system similar to New York, a bit Samey, but effective V&H road pattern

A new dual carriage way to the M1, after 60 odd years!

Cheaper petrol than Peterborough/Bedford, but not Brackley!

Decathlon sports store

Phil Corley's bike shop! As good as Terry Wrights in Werrington!

Electric scooters that you can hire

Robots that deliver your food.

and finally the bad stuff

Tim Hortons, the rather rubbish coffee shop from Canada that has only one order and one pay&collect window in its drive thru. So If you have an hour to wait for some crappy coffee...

The best bit

A 15 min drive to my partner's

Should I move to MK then?

Mostly agreed with apart from your assessment of Tim's. It's wonderful. Not as good as it is in Canada, and only the filter coffee is worth drinking but the donuts are magical!

A handbag manufacturer, who advertises the city.
