"Realistically, you should be full after a day or so but the density/consistency thickens the longer you leave it. It depends what the lady, if its a specific lady, wants. Personally, I prefer the first load to be thick and heavy. The second is usually lesser and more normal consistency whilst the third is usually less volume and more fluid again. I don't take additional vitamin supplements and my zinc levels tend to be elevated as my diet includes plenty of foods with good zinc levels.
