If something is negatively impacting your life then change it.

Delete your profile. Busy yourself with other things.

It’s not up to other people to fix things for you.

They can't ban your email (as far as I know anyway).

Your best bet is deleting all the contents off your profile then asking someone else to change your password to something you don't know.
