Take your time. Prep is everything. Invest in a butt plug set, and use toys of varying width first just to get used to the feeling. Find which angles and positions feel best.

Get a good lube, aqua slix or anal slix is good.

Practice yourself with your fingers first or a small butt plug or toy so you know just when to relax or when to push through.

Don't go straight in either, a little entry and retreat motion helps a lot at first as it gets your hoop used to something going in the wrong way and also swirl whatever it is you use around or wiggle your finger too as this helps to open you up.

Oh and when youre trying to push something in, push a little as if you're trying to push something out but don't push out too hard

If it hurts or feels like its too much pressure all at once, back off as it can make your hoop ache lol.

Take your time! Use fingers or toys and lots of lube to warm up.

I find if you have vaginal sex first it relaxes you, and a few orgasms will make everything much more pleasurable.

If you think you’re using enough lube, just add more! Rather lots of lube than not enough! X
