Given social distancing, would it still be acceptable to have some foot play at a spa, i.e. using your toes/feet to get the person off opposite you?

I was in the Radisson blu with a splitarse and the hot tub was full ,we seized the moment when a couple got out so we're in with 3 other ladies , after 5 mins I grabbed the gf's foot and started giving it a surface to face massage and I couldn't help noticing the other ladies watching.

When they got out one looked at me and said she wished I'd of done her one too ..
