Rare unique gem

Hey I've found it insane the amount of guys I wouldn't expect to go for me that do on this site! Why can't I meet guys like that when I'm out? They usually go for superficial sort which is not me at all or find me intimidating because my personality is quite random and out there. I've been called a rare unique gem which made me smile. Nice to know that not all guys out there are just after looks and are into personality and a good brain

Just having my happy moment and loving the fact I've joined this site. Met some awesome people and some real douche bags!

I know quite a few do get called that but hey never me before and not every day its just a nice feeling and this isn't through messages its after I've actually met. So if you were trying to slightly piss on my bonfire it didn't happen. I'm not naïve at all. Just can tell the good guys from the jabronis so not everyone who drops a line complementing like that will get a taste of caramel.

I'm not letting anything get to my head at all. Like I said I'm not naïve and will let someone think they can get up in the narni because they have said something nice to me. I don't think you have understood why I made this post? Basically a I'm happy I joined on here kind of thing hence the happy Marina rant. bubbles haven't been burst or bonfires rained on and I respect peoples replys on here. just trying to get myself a bit more involved on the forums etc to meet new people who have been on here longer so they can give me guidance etc as a newbie

I used to watch wrestling a lot so jabroni always sticks in my head! Think it baffles people more than just outright calling them a knob

I too am fairly new to the forums and I hope, like me, you will find some interesting and amusing threads.

The only thing I would like to add if I may, is that you may want to use the forums (and indeed the site) as a little extra spice on your dinner rather than the main course.

I find that a large percentage of the population can't even think for themselves so would never dream of doing something as against the grain as this. They just read the sun and look for the woman that most looks like the picture they see as they turn the first page, regardless of amount of brain cells that they both share.

Apologies to the good looking people on here because I ain't trying to tar any of you with this brush in anyway, I just see a big chunk of people who get their entire outlook on life from The Sun, Der Sturmer (Or as its called over here, The Daily Mail), Jeremy Kyle and the fucking X Factor

Personally, although I obviously have preferences in looks and shapes; humour, intelligence and sexual outlook are far more of a turn on than Hollywood looks

NO I just know some woman on this site and get very hurt ..... i had mail from one or two who said thay had men saying all sorts of lovely things and after felt so let down hurt ... if its said and some truth in it well thats lovely ... just some woman here can be vulnerable not sure if you spell it like that ... I think I know what you mean. Guys outside find it difficult to deal with a woman who likes a shag as well as the next man, or summat like that. I get same but not with everyone, some find it fun.

lovely to see someone enjoying a bit of attention ..8 years ago i was at rock bottom in terms of self esteem and it was sites like this that gave me a huge amount of confidence about who I was . I know a lot of it is bullshit from guys who want a shag ,but not all of it is.I wouldnt be the self assured lady i am today if it wasnt for some of the lovely people I have met in the swinging world ..Im looking for something a bit more long term now but Im hanging around on here in case Im lucky enough to find somebody FAB !!!!

I say it how it is in hope some woman who are new here dont get taken for a ride ... and not in a nice way ... I new this woman she was getting all this lovely mail saying stuff ... its helped her feel good as just split up and 2 very young-children she felt she had to go over 200 miles to see him and booked her self in a hotel ... Thay meet and had 3 hours of fun after he had to go to work and why she had to go to him working alot... she got a email sorry could not see her again as really married and sceard his wife may find out and he loved his wife..... now she had very little money no job and it was money she spent should have been for her family .... I know we live and lean here and she should have taken the time to know him ........ but she was going with her heart and felt she had meet her soulmate.

Sounds bad to say but more fool her. If I had 2 young kids I wouldn't be travelling 200 miles for a man after being fucked over and left to support 2 kids on my own by one. If she had told him this he more than likely knew she was in a vunerable place and played on it. Even if I needed that feel for attention or to feel wanted I defo wouldn't be travelling 200 miles for it!!

But that's not how or what you said on here. What you said was that you get called lots of lovely things, by lots of people". You may have well just said "I'm more special than you", perhaps if you had said "awww that's lovely but beware, some will say anything to get in your pants" then we would all have known you were just trying to be helpful.

NO I just know some woman on this site and get very hurt ..... i had mail from one or two who said thay had men saying all sorts of lovely things and after felt so let down hurt ... if its said and some truth in it well thats lovely ... just some woman here can be vulnerable not sure if you spell it like that ... Game perhaps you did not mean it the way it came across (it did sound very catty) but this isn't the first time I have seen you (in my opinion) put down others by telling them they aren't special, which is a shame, so perhaps you could word it differently next time and let people know you are just trying to be helpful. Or even better just pass these threads by and let others have their moment of feeling special.

Lisa I say it how it is in hope some woman who are new here dont get taken for a ride ... and not in a nice way ... I new this woman she was getting all this lovely mail saying stuff ... its helped her feel good as just split up and 2 very young-children she felt she had to go over 200 miles to see him and booked her self in a hotel ... Thay meet and had 3 hours of fun after he had to go to work and why she had to go to him working alot... she got a email sorry could not see her again as really married and sceard his wife may find out and he loved his wife..... now she had very little money no job and it was money she spent should have been for her family .... I know we live and lean here and she should have taken the time to know him ........ but she was going with her heart and felt she had meet her soulmate.

But that's not how or what you said on here. What you said was that you get called lots of lovely things, by lots of people". You may have well just said "I'm more special than you", perhaps if you had said "awww that's lovely but beware, some will say anything to get in your pants" then we would all have known you were just trying to be helpful.

The best thing to do on a site like this is to take everything with a pinch of salt.

There are positives and negatives with all situations.

Some men may treat the OP (or any woman)different on here as they have the bonus insight of being able to read her profile rather than just guess what she is all about when passing her in the street.

Some men may treat the OP (or any other woman) differently because they think "great I don't need to pretend I want to date her to get my cock sucked".... and even if I get knocked back it's not cost me two dinner dates, 10 drinks, a night at the cinema and 3 taxi fares to find out.

I have never had a letter posted through my door from a guy 70 miles away just to tell me he thinks I am gorgeous, even though he has never seen me.

I do get men from all over the country sending me messages on here telling me I am 'a gorgeous babe' even when I haven't got any photos on display..... and in the time it takes to send a reply saying they are not my type, they have changed their minds and I am a 'fat slag'. I have no doubt, had I agreed to meet them, a few at least would have continued to tell me I was a gorgeous babe to keep me sweet until the next time they fancied a shag.

Take pleasure from what you can anyway your choose, but always keep your feet on the ground. And... if ever it feels a little light under foot, a good reality check is to go into the chatrooms and have a look at a few of the women being told how stunning they are.

The whole slyly trying to rain on parade thing is still not working. I'm very grounded and have my head screwed on! I still don't think some people have grasped what point I've tried to make here I'm feeling good about myself yes but not just because of one compliment. There is depth to the conversations I have aswell. Not just all about fucking!
