Chelmsford

There is a notorious dogging layby in Essex. Even at 8am I see cars and vans in there. Is it ever too early for dogging ?

I live close to a very active dogging site near a beach. I walk my dogs there at 6am sometimes and there are people there then

So I guess it's never too early.
