I have sunbathed topless before but wouldn't go completely naked as that wouldn't be fair on my teenager. However I can't even do that now since my older neighbours cut their boundary bushes right back (not a euphemism) because they were 'bored in lockdown' and as they're nice I don't want them to feel awkward if they caught a glimpse.

It’s not illegal to sunbathe naked in your own garden

We are lucky enough to have a club just outside of town
