Deleting Profiles..

Just wondering about this really...

Why do quite a number people seem to delete their profiles and then rejoin almost immediately (within a few days / weeks) and thus losing verifications etc...

Is it a "Delete in haste" thing that you regret?

Or is it for other reasons? Why not just hide your profile if you fancy a break?

Yes - Or put a status of "Leaving the site for a while" then continue to be clearly visible!

I deleted mine and rejoined the same day. I was being harrassed and it seemed the only way to get rid of him. It worked.

Been there myself for various reasons. First was hissy fit/fed up , second was getting hassled all the time by one or two people. Rejoined months later and am now careful who I meet or chat to

I think some just like starting new and taking old things off ... and thay think will have better luck if thay get a make over .

good point. If people are scanning the new photos or new people joined then you will get spotted by creating a new account or posting a new photo.

Also people seem to like to be the first to contact you

Or they have been sussed as fakes by admin and had their account deleted..
