OK so how many people use them and how long can u leave them in for?

Which are the best for leaving in for a while whilst at work etc?

For me (Mrs Rmb) I prefer glass plugs in all day nice and heavy and feeling full all day

Fem here uses plugs on a regular basis now, personally i like the metal ones

as to how long that is down to each individual & whether your butt is *trained* or not ..... also if you're just starting out do not go for the biggest plug going lol
