Just an observation but we have noticed when a lot of people start posting pics on this site they usually hide the face but after a while the face starts appearing in some public pics.

Is this because their identity has been kept secret even after having met people on here?

We would love to post some face pics but are worried they will eventually end up in the public domain.

Thoughts anyone?

To be honest I have a face picture but it's staying strictly private as it has been since I've been on here. As to anyone else, up to them as is your decision and don't let anyone have a go at you for your choice either

I don't have face pics on here, private or otherwise. I'm sure it's safe enough but I'm worried one might get accidentally put up as public one day.

Women have more to lose from being caught out on a website by someone whose definition of sexual play is lying down, reading a book while a bit of humpty dumpty happens.

As for me, well I'd have a lot of explaining to do to a fair few people. Not my parents however. Face pic is still on though.

Hmmmm pretty much the reaction we were expecting.

We were thinking about posting face pics (clothed) so if they do get out then its not going to cause much damage.

We are by no means ashamed of what we do, but our private life is exactly that.

We have already been sent messages from someone who recognised the female half of us and it hasn't caused any problems.

Just wondered if anyone had removed face pics due to circumstances.

The only scenarios I can think of where hiding your face picture on here and any defining features on yourself would be;

- Professional job relating to customers and business partners

- You're a lawyer, Policeman/woman teacher etc

- You're David Beckham

I'm not a professional or David Beckham. I just don't want people knowing my business.

If I saw someone I knew on here I wouldn't tell anyone, but I know some people would.

One of those pics would look the part if you had those massive German lager kegs in each arm.

I'm careful with my face being shown. I have face pics in private. But I would never send a nude pic or me having sex with my face shown.

Go ahead and post your Face Pictures, I'm curently saving then all for an Instalation piece. I shall be showing some descretion though, and annonymising all carpets caught in shot.

I have enough at present to project a light show onto the side wall of the Turbine Hall; Tate Moderm.

Free to the general public, july -august 2012
