FabSwingers.com forum: Controversial Idea??

Having read many a forum post recently moaning about fakes, timewasters, pic collectors and bad etiquette re sending messages/face pics - and having had a serious case of insomnia last night I got chatting to a few late night couples.

Several had similar complaints - not in a moany sense - but were feeling a little frustrated about some of the interactions they'd been having recently. Several debates opened up re potential solutions and some interesting viewpoints were aired.

Don't get me wrong - I'm perfectly happy with my life on FAB - as we're they in general - but as a bit of a forum regular unlike them - I thought today whilst munching on my lunch i'd throw a few of the ideas out for debate - as at the end of the day that's what the forums are all about!!

Restricting the ability to view full pic folders to 'meet verified' profiles - just allowing maybe 2 or 3 to be visible to the unverified - the idea being to cut down in pic collectors - as we all have the ability to send pics attached to messages to those that interest us.

Having a 'swap face pics' button - the result of a chat where it seemed as soon as someone had sent theirs following a request - there were none sent by return! Probably quite common and I guess a little frustrating/rude.

The ability to block those elements - eg singles of either sex/couples - from viewing your profile that you're not looking to meet.

A chatroom purely for meet verified profiles only that would bar any others from entering/viewing.

As previously stated - just playing devils advocate here and seeking opinions on the above! Not in the slightest bit tech savvy so no idea if possible, practical or even wanted by the general population.

All views welcome - no right/wrong opinions - so post away folks!!

Just put two or three public pics up and leave the rest for friends only or private and just to be added to messages once the chat gets flowing.

Ask them to send one first. If they won't/can't, then don't send one.

Already a feature. Just set your filters.

I think the swap face pics button is a very good idea. For those who want it, It means no one has to risk going first.

That could also be tagged with a 'has face pics' and a search option.

There is already a room for verified profiles, last time I looked it was rarely used.

I won't meet men over 45, or men (or women) with beards, doesn't mean I won't chat to them. I hate the thought of chat being segregated, and I barely use it.

I personally think the site gives us enough tools to out fakes and timewasters, I haven't had any since I joined here, if it starts to do anymore, it will be able to charge for babysitting services!

a mutual face pic system i like the idea of.

Unfortunately, i really think the site works well enough most of the time...I think its highly unlikely pic collectors want facepics to be honest.People should get a friend who can censor images if they cant do it themselves.

take responsibility on who u want to,or decide to meet...fab cant take everybody by the hand,nipple,clit or cock

Thanks for the thoughts so far!

As I said - just throwing a few ideas into the pre verbal hat!!

Didn't know about the chatroom - and guess many others don't either.

I don't think anyone wants their hand/tit/cock holding (at least not by admin - but then I've never met them so hold that thought!) - they were just some thoughts being bounced around! And it never hurts to have a discussion!!

Who will be the lucky person who monitors the face pics? One person may upload a "legitimate" mug-shot, and another a picture of a foot in a stiletto heeled shoe...who's going to be the person on the end of the "Report" button who has to sort it all out?

If it ever happened - I guess the same mods who check photo verification pics! Can't see them approving a foot!
