Southport

Planning on renting a 10 bed or more apartment to host a party. I know a few people who are interested and I'm confident finding others won't be to difficult.

I would be grateful for advice on the organisation side like

covering costs

avoiding timewasters

couple/m/f ratio

Times

Do we have a day time and separate evening party

Any advice would be appreciated

Don't fucking have one because there's this little virus out there that could kill anyone in attendance or any other person they may contain contact with.

Disgusting behaviour

Lockdown aside?

Covering costs.

if you ask for a contribution, the customer feels entitled. Make it clear that they're paying towards accommodation and food/ drink, not sex.

Avoiding time wasters.

If they're from here, check the verifications. See if they have tried something like this before. Expect drop-outs, so maybe a ten percent deposit a week ahead.

Ratio?

That depends. I've been to greedy girl events where the women want loads off men, so loads of men

The classic key party, needs equal numbers.

Times.

Day time is good for cheats, who can pretend to be at work, or parents whose kids are at school, or those working irregular hours

Evenings are great for people with 9-5 jobs.

But you'll never please everyone.

Good luck

I have helped host parties. We charge £10 and take payments in advance. Money covers cost of buffet soft drinks, condoms and wipes. We try and meet party guests for a social before party date to break the ice. We also send gust list to all attending so as they can message each other before party if they wish. Never had a bad party yet. Good luck.x

Yes, just have a wank and get the pent-up frustration out of your system.

Don't try arranging a party, you'd be better off trying to plait fog.

I appreciate the time, effort and cost of hosting a party, and as a party guest, I don't mind paying upfront for a place. I do want to see the guest list though, to know it's my sort of thing.

An evening event would be better in my opinion

For covering costs: you should know how many people are going to the party and be sure they’ll go. Once you know how many single guys, single ladies, couples, you can think what price you put for all of them. Is a couple due to pay the same or a bit more? Is a woman due to pay the same or a bit less?

(Price for renting the place +food+condoms+cleansing products+plastic covers for coaches and beds (yes I’m serious)) divided by all the participants and you’ll have the right price.

Second: what kind of party: straight, bi-curious, gay, etc.

Where/time:

* if it’s close to other households, better daytime.

* if it’s far away from neighbours, whenever you want and music playing as high as you want.

Transport or own car: If there isn’t a garage or parking bays close by, maybe you would have to ask some people to pick up or wait more participants to go to the party and go back in the same way. What someone said before is the best. A social first, as its your first time, and you all can speak, say how you want to do it, how the logistic will be and listen to proposals if you think they can improve the party.

I’ve been in parties always far away from neighbours. Those who decided to do the parties always asked the same things for getting in there: help and cooperation from other participants. We were about 20 each time, to begin with. After some old friends came too and that was even a better party.

And last but not least: cleansing. You’ll have to say beforehand who will help with the cleansing. When it’s good, there’s nothing to clean, but it can get nasty with drinks, food, or the areas where some participants decide to have sex.

If it’s a good party, people will want to repeat next time. A first great impression is welcoming more good parties in the future.

And the last thing. You are the reason why the party starts, so you are reliable for anything bad happening meanwhile. This is why is so important you trust the participants. You will pay first for renting and all the stuff. When people pay you by banks transfer or by phone number (paypal, some banks do it too, etc), you’re going to have the same money as when you started all. But if there’s any issue in the kitchen, toilets, any broken couch, or anything like this, you’ll have to pay the fees. Asking people to pay more afterwards can be a nightmare, even when you send them the emails with the total damage.

Good luck
