If you had a bad verie would you put it on your profile ? And are they all real anyway I've had and I sure lots of you have had fabers that you have never meet asking for a verie off you .(I haven't done it by the way)

A veri is a generally a useful guide to whether someone will genuinely meet or not. You can usually glean that much info from them, possibly and some insight into a person’s character.

Beyond that it’s not going to tell you anything more worthwhile that you can’t pick up more easily from your own interaction.

Think you have to give veri’s benefit of a doubt.

Saw on a thread a while ago about people who just joined getting veri’s in seconds but that could be because they were on before or know people on this site prior so they know they are genuine.

As a single man I have to say it is much harder gaining trust to meet with women and couples on here before even being considered to be veri’s so have done a lot of work to just get the one (who I met previously on an old account).

Some veri’s though you can spot a mile off if fake but then the profile they’re on tend to look un-genuine anyway!

Certainly as a single guy on here who has met couples I think it gives others a guide to how genuine I am.

I agree it is not without its potential misuse but I think they are valuable

We've never had a bad veri either but it makes me wonder, why would a person write a bad veri to begin with?

If someone does not turn up you report them.

If the profile says it's a couple but a single turns up then again, end it and report them.

If they're a good meet, you write a nice veri.

If it's just a polite social that leads no where then again, you can write a nice veri.

It happens.

If it's a bad meet (such as the person is rude) then again, end it. Writing a bad veri wont get anywhere as they wont display it.

Even if someone is being vindictive by writing a bad veri, admin will remove it and you dont have to display it.

We like to see veris as it gives a bit of an insight to the person/people, if we see someone’s veris are hidden it makes us think it could be fake one.

I think it would be fun if the veris had a star system like a review....

Did the person arrive?

Was the person as described?

Would you recommend to a friend?

Etc..

Yes i am a great believer in verification, they are a clear indication if someone is genuine or not and lets face it a fake verification is as easy to spot ad a fake profile

Before I rewrote my profile, it said "please be meet verified, I'd much rather someone else finds out whether you're an axe murderer or not"

But with that said who stays at a hotel with a 1 star review.

I've been given great verifications but I still make up my own mind if I'm gonna have sex when I meet a woman.

Meeting someone of the internet in 2020 is a basic life skill.

So I dont buy into the idea you need them to be safe.

Just meet in a public setting like a cafe. Some meets I ended talking more than fucking.

Think they need to be taken with a pinch of salt, people are far too nice about their meets.

In my previous incarnation on here ladies had been unbelievably generous about my looks, endowment and prowess. I think future meets turned up expecting a Chris Hemsworth lookalike with a cock like a totem pole and the staying power of marathon runner.

Often when reading profiles I see ladies described as ‘stunning’ and ‘beautiful’, now I am fully aware that beauty is in the eye if the beholder....... but on looking at the pics some people are taking the piss with their hyperbolic praise.

Verifications are really important. I would never give a veri unless I've actually met them in person. I won't do a veri if I don't know them . I always report a profile that asks for a veri if we have never met. I have all mine displayed so people can see I'm the real deal and does what it says on the tin.

The verification system is great, as it shows people are who they purport to be, and do actually meet others. As far as I’m concerned, the only ‘bad’ veris are those ‘blow by blow’ accounts of a meet, the type with phrases like “sucks like a Dyson”, and those repetitive meet after meet after meet veris......completely unnecessary

I definitely find them very useful.

Whilst no veri/conversation can guarantee chemistry - I look for gentlemen who have a number of veris which point out their intelligence and ability to converse easily, attractiveness (if many mention it I assume they’re more likely to look like - or better than - the pictures they post) and skills in the bedroom - but without being crude.

A string of veris that focused entirely on personality without mentioning bedroom skills would lead me to believe that they’re lovely guys but not great in bed.

Alternatively - a string of veris focussed on sexual prowess without any mention of social time together/social skills would also be off putting.

Essentially - when someone has several veris from different saying similar things - they tell you a lot!

I don't think they are worth much tbh. Rather make my own judgement of a person so not bothered if someone is verified or not, if you chat long enough the signs are there. A veri is just someone else's opinion and often not exactly accurate.

A verification or two means a lot with us, just a bit of an indication they are who they say they are.

Having said that though we got caught up just over a year ago with a whole string of profiles that were one guy, looks like he’d had a verification from a social somehow. And then opened some couples and female accounts and verified them, who all then verified each other. So definitely be cautious. He’s back on here again with another profile we saw last week.

We totally discard them if arranging a meet, they hold zero bearing. Verifications are a great indicator, you can build up a picture of them, the veri trail also. We only meet those established in the scene, the verification system can show this. Always chose well from day one.
