so far, we've enjoyed many great nights at abfabs, VA, radlett etc. We are wanting to host a house party and wondered what people's experiences were - especially in terms of the ideal numbers, couple and extra singles etc?

Ask 10 swingers this question and you could get 11 answers. The way I see it, your party will be an extension of your personalities, so do what suits YOU. You'll never please everyone (e.g. some will want there to be single guys, others, erm, "won't", some want party games, others don't, etc etc) Do what you think is right, be prepared to start small and build it all up over time. You'll get there. Most of all, have fun doing it.

Invite a lot more than you want there as many will cancel or just not turn up.

Op I always like a party with plenty of single guys, if you have single females you really need plenty of single guys as some of us don't play with couples and some couples don't like the male half to play with single females.
