Apparently body shaming is ok if it's about hair. I'm quite hairy, I have hair on my bum, I don't care, it's normal and I'm not taking a razor to it or splaying myself like a spatchcock chicken on a beauticians table to get it removed.

Most mature, sexually experienced people are aware that some women are hairier than others and even if it isn't to their taste accept it without comment, negative or otherwise.
