From a man's point of view, what makes up the perfect message to make a woman interested in replying back to you on FAB?

Bare in mind, this is a buyer's market, 100 men to 1 woman. Be great to help all the men who willing to improve themselves to get an potential fab partner

An intro message needs to convey a person's character! Use a spell checker and paragraphs are important too!

Well, “hi” isn’t good

How r u, isn’t good

And tbh, even reading their profile and seeing their likes and making reference, isn’t good..

so I don’t know

First things first... Always attach a pic.... Face pic instead of cock pic too.

I’ve found that actually putting a paragraph or two about their profile, what you’re looking for and what you enjoy works best..

Nothing too long or graphic, something complimentary which also shows you've read their profile, and a question or two (not how's you or fancy a fuck ). Maybe a face picture too.

*Please note, I've probably sent two or three first messages in my time on here

You have nailed it!! Exactly what a couple like us would respond to. Any sign of a dick in the first message would be deleted

It doesn't seem to matter how well you tailor the message, include keywords, attach face pics and are very polite, some women will just leave you on read if not interested.

You can’t appeal to everyone... maybe they just aren’t interested

I don't think a first message makes much of a difference.. Maybe it can get someone's initial attention but after that women will continue chatting with who they like the look of.

Something that shows you read their profile, maybe add a joke or two and be polite. Put pictures, of you smiling possibly. And most importantly if the receiver likes your looks, you'll get the reply.

jokes can be misinterpreted but if she gets your jokes, you're on a winner

I personally prefer winking first. if i wink back, send me a nice thoughtful message and I probably reply

Well if she misunderstand my jokes, it's a good sign that chemistry will NOT be there, even if she likes my looks. And I see it as a good way to parse out those ladies that take this place (and themselves) a bit too seriously. The ability to have a laugh at something silly is something I require in a woman (because, most of the times, I AM something silly)

where I like to be... down south

Surely its best to get to know someone in the forums and build up a chat on there, then it can continue as "the first message"?

Must be doing something wrong then, this approach has never yet worked for me.

Start with "Hello" before continuing. It's amazing how many people just launch into talking without saying hello.

Use their name(s) as given on the profile.

And then (and here's the shocker), have something to say! Stuff like "How are you?" and "What are you up to?" doesn't make us want to engage with you. Make a comment about something you have seen on their profile such as a common interest, or something they have written on the forum. Ask a question about something relevant to them. Don't expect us to lead a conversation that you started!

choosing the wrong person or your profile or chat isn't appealing to the person you messaged
