If your having trouble staying hard, then maybe it is a psychological block?...perhaps the idea of a 'party/gangbang' scenario is a turn on, but you are not entirely comfortable in the flesh, so to speak?

exactly, can be a bit of stage fright.

me personally im not very visual, so just standing watching things going on doesnt help me.

its just not possible to sustain a hard on without any kind of stimulation or substance anyway (IMO), so really dont worry about it.
