Which assumes a male / female duality. I'm pansexual, attracted to femininity, whatever the actual genitalia is present on my partner, but the closest option is Bisexual. But I can see why some men think that if they are meeting TVs /TSs (another site labelling issue) they're "nearly straight" or hete  exible. | |||

"I don’t mean to bring a downer to this topic but this thread has triggered so many hurtful memories for me. The whole discussion of “trying a TV” sent me right back to my formative years knowing that to most i was just something to be used and thrown away, that I had no worth beyond being a toy thing for someone’s moment of experimentation. I had no chance of ever feeling like I could be wanted and lived for being myself just what service I could provide for anyone who showed me the least bit of interest. Times have changed now in so many ways but please don’t prey on those who are looking for validation and who only feel like they can get it through the attention of others. Like I say, I don’t mean to be a killjoy and I don’t mean to bring a downer to it but just remember that everyone here is a person in their own right and not just an object for you to try. " I think the title of this post was unwisely chosen and I'll thought out. 'trying' a TV? Come on, really? Sounds like they are thinking of trying a new coffee machine or mountain bike, ridiculous. It’s more about objectification and that’s not restricted to trans folk in any way but it can’t have a disastrous effect on the self worth of trans folk trying to find their place in society. It’s nice to know people find is sexually desirable as long as it’s remembered we’re people just like anyone else who live lives outside of the bedroom too. | |||
