Done both (and DAP) - positions are the same really - both need the lady relaxed - guess DP might depend on how relaxed the lady is about anal. Both possibly dependant on the size of the guys.

I've done both and I find DVP easier than DP. Somehow, getting the angles right for DP takes more time. They're quite different in sensation though.

Besides the 'D' aspect you can also slip a finger or two in there during penetration and this can be intense. A person I know said she wanked a guy off while he was fucking someone else and deep inside. Now that would take some doing!
