No, because it is a long process ... plus some would like to be trans but not go through with the operation.

The profiles I've seen are quite clear if they have made a full transition.

Not all pre-op trans women like to have active penetrative sex. And if they're on hormones, that can make it harder to have an erection.

It's good that you want to inform yourself better about people who are transgender, but I think you're asking the wrong questions. It's like saying "Do all women like kissing women because women are attractive?" Everyone is different. Some men and women, trans- and cis-gender, will like doing some of those things with some other people they are attracted to. Some women will be attracted to trans women. Some won't. Some trans women will 'top', some won't. Of those, some won't because they don't want to use their penis in that way as a woman. Some won't be able to because hormone replacement makes it difficult. Some will prefer men. Some will prefer women. Some will like both. There are lots of different people out there, so yes, there will always be someone out there who fits the fantasy image. There will be lots who don't.
