I think the wind may have started my penchant for this many years ago...

I remember being a student sat waiting at a bus stop and an attractive curvy lady walked past with a pushchair... a gust of wind caught her short flowy skirt (it was the late 80s!)... pushing the baby she couldn’t get her hand back quick enough to stop it happening and I got a great view of her rear in sheer knickers!

Description of exactly what you mean please

For example... sitting across the room in the coffee shop but with a convenient view as someone's skirt hitches up a little or her blouse seems to be a little more unbuttoned... a flash of nylons or stocking top or more!

we went for our first meal out on Friday..Mrs had on a skirt heels and hold ups (although to be fair she has forgotten how to walk in them
