Old pictures....

Why do some profiles have pictures that are years old?..one guy sent us one that was 11 years old..then he proceeded to say he hadn't changed much...

Maybe he genuinely believes it...

I see that a lot. It tells me they put no effort into their profile, can't be bothered keeping it up to date, so won't be putting effort into me and aren't that interest. I tend not to waste my time on such profiles.

They're lessening their chance of a reply. We've had a couple of winks recently and their last pics were 2016, so we've not responded.

I love when people have profile pics that go back a number of years - great

But to only have pics from 10 + years ago!

We all change and it is so easy to take new from a phone

So annoying !

I met a man for a social once who’s pics were clearly 20 years old , he had put on a good 4 stone and was all round unrecognisable from his fab pics . He was well verified by comparable profiles and it was an established profile . It just about put me off fab for life ! I was furious

I think it's a outright lie, which I don't get the need for doing lol like you won't notice the difference if you have a social meet

I was thinking about this earlier. I saw a couples profile and all of the pictures were from 2011.

Mind you I can't talk because I'm the last person to take pictures of myself and put them up online. I'm not helping myself, I know.

Sheila and I had the same problem with the very first guy we ever met from here!! back when we were on here as a couple.
