Mine are real but I've a friend who has enhanced ones & I must admit I am a bit jealous of how much perkier hers are. If I wasn't a total wimp about the surgery I'd quite like a reduction & a bit of a 'lift'.

Ultimately its most important that the owner of the boobs is happy with what she's got because body confidence is attractive.

Have 1 fakie boob due to breast cancer in 2017. Its made from muscle from my back so a fake boob of sorts.

Dont know if I would have preferred a implant instead. I have no problem with proper fake boobs.

Hm...I prefer real. But to be fair, I have seen some fake ones, felt them, and if the job is done properly they are quite good. Miles away from the balloon-like things you see on some pornstars or actresses.
