I have had procedures done to my cervix so much prefer girth to length as anywhere near there can be anything from just discomfort to dam right painfull but I have heard those who have not had anything happen say they find longer a problem in certain positions anyway so I would say if I had to choose between longer and girth I would say girth everytime over length.
