I have spoken to quite a few couple profiles and about 75% involve thean doing all the talking then suggesting I meet with him alone first... Which makes me very suspicious!

I would love to know if there are any women on here that actually let their husband/bf do this?

One of two do. Usually if a "couple" insist that you need to meet the guy first it's for one of two reasons. There is no woman or the woman has no idea she's part of profile on here and the guy is hoping you can "surprise" her.

There are couples where they actively enjoy the guy going out on meets without his partner but they will usually make that clear and you will be able to verify it with the woman

If I (Luke) wanted to meet a man, Hannah wouldn't have any issues with that. Equally if Hannah wanted to meet a woman I wouldn't have any issues with that either. We only restrict each other when it involves opposite sexes coming together. That we do as a couple.

My husband is free to meet whoever whenever he wants. We say clearly on our couple's profile that we do meet separately.

Do you mean the men are meeting you for sex or vetting you prior to a meet with the woman or both of them as a couple?

My OH wouldn’t vet people before we meet them as a couple....that would just be weird

You'd be amazed at how many "couples" want the guy to vet the other couple first. Do these people not realise that the other couple will want to see both people?
