Use of nettles and other things offer difference. Some have a high pain threshold and draw a fine line between intense pain and mind blowing orgasms when done right. My missus one of them.

Strange thing I saw before was flogging with birch branches - and this wasn’t in a sex den.

This was in a Finnish sauna!! - idea is that the ( frozen ) branches are used to whip the skin in the sauna to open the pores of the skin ?

Sounds like an excuse for some pervy Finns to while away the dark days of winter

Good natural material for flogging though
