What is 'follow on Twitter' stuff on profiles lately.

Are these genuine people or something nefarious?

Do any regular swingers on here openly chat about their lifestyle on social media?

Probably people with onlyfans and other paid for content that they cant advertise here so they want you to go to their twitter to see it
