Happened to me. Seeing a fuck buddy for a couple of years and in his head it had drifted into more. He wanted kids and gave me an ultimatum: proper relationship, move in together, have kids or split up.

We split up.

With hindsight I can clearly see how the situation built and there were massive red flags from about 6 months in.

I've never fallen in love with any meets.

I've lusted after and felt a bond but easy enough to walk away when things come to their natural end.
