Its not a very nice thing to happen at all and I am sorry to hear that you are upset.

Obviously it isn't his loss (and I don't mean that unkindly), he turned up and didn't want to continue. He wasn't brave enough to tell you to your face, but maybe if he had given you an honest reason, that would have been hurtful too. The outcome would have remained the same.

In this game you have to get tough and be prepared for people to judge you on looks, personality, etc and be accepting of rejection.

It is hurtful though and I hope you don't spend any more time being upset as truly there are guys who would love to spend some sexy time with you. Don't phone or contact him again. Brush yourself off and look for a new guy to have good times with

Coward for sure. His loss? No. Hardly as he walked away so what did he lose?

I met a man for a social meet, we got on like a house on fire, we arranged a play meet, got naked and he couldn't maintain an erection. I went to the loo to give him a moment. Next thing I hear is scuttling down the stairs and my door closing. Managed to catch a glimpse of him running and getting dressed down the path.

Not all the men we encounter can back up what they promise. This is NSA with strangers, you hope you choose those that will treat you "respectfully" but we have to acknowledge some won't...nature of the beast I'm afraid.

I won't comment on the "white knights" on this thread, I'll just add try and not take it personally, it's no reflection on you and better luck next time.

That has happened to me twice. Not nice and somewhat humiliating but noone can be sure the required spark will actually be there when you meet. Also I think some guys find the nerves so overwhelming that they just can't go through with what seemed like such a good idea.

It could be that, in a way, they were trying to minimise embarassment on both sides at it is a difficult thing to turn someone down face to face.

Better that they scarper than soldier on with something they don't want to do?? Can't imagine that would be too satisfying for anyone!

Did make me smile that one of my scarperers had the nerve to contact me again!

Hope you didn't get lumbered with a hotel bill like I did!

maybe if one thing comes out of this it may well the fact that you possibly change the way you do your meetings.... and selecting... and you know why I just said that!

so rather than just getting down to it, the social first route may well be the way to go.... people will say whatever they feel the need to say to get a meet, longer you make them wait the harder it is to keep up any fascade....

yes it may well knock your confidence... brush yourself down, get up, move on.. and as long as you have learnt something from this... and change whatever is the root cause of this... then it may not have been the worst thing in the world...

His loss in many ways is just my _iew but then I treat all meets as friends then if it moves on to playtime then its a bonus, then no ill feeling either way and I've been lucky enough to make another friend

Had you not have fancied the guy when he turned up or didn't click, how would you have 'ended' the meet ?

Or would you have followed through irregardless ?

Were you 'honest' with your pics ?

Is your profile a true reflection of you ?

How did you pick the guy ?

What plans had you made prior to the meet ?

Just a few of the questions that sprung to my mind, that may explain why he darted !

I say explain as opposed to 'justify' as what he did was unjustifiable and as others have said, cowardly.

Having been in the situation where I have had to tell someone to get dressed and leave.

I have also met in someones hotel and left within minutes.

On both occasions, I told them why I wasn't happy.

I understand how awkward that is, but I would sooner call it quits than follow through on something I am getting no pleasure from.

Neither reacted badly (to my face at least).

I have also had someone drive up, take one look at me and drive off again, so I know what it's like to be the rejected as well as the rejector.

It is never nice.

If the guy is to be demonised, let it be for the way he did it and not the fact he did it.

Dust yourself off, raise your head from your chest and spend some time researching and getting to know your next meet.

Hopefully, he will restore your faith in most of the men of Fab

By that, I assume you mean that men are selfish and only think about themselves and emptying their balls ?

In some cases, I dare say that is most definately the case, but certainly not in all cases.

I think most members are here for their own benefit, be them single male, single female or as a couple.

Because THEY enjoy it !

The fact that we share that enjoyment with others is part and parcel of the scene and as great as it is to see people derive pleasure from you, it is in many cases incidental to the pleasure you derive for yourself.

That can be said of the forums, social meets and sexual meets.

Sorry I can't be airy fairy and say there, there.

It was a crap thing to do. I acknowledge that, but no amount of self pity and tarring all males with the same brush is likely to bring him back through the door with his fags.

You really have got to put it down to a bad experience and not let it ruin your _iews of the site or the majority of its users.

Why? ALL people whatever gender should be able to say no to a meet even after meeting the person. You may not fancy a person as much in real life.

Had the same thing happen to me once. He said he was going out for a gag and pissed off.

Was angry for about 5 mins, then got on here and faound a replacement fuck who was at mine within half an hour.

Why waste any time on someone who has wasted none on you? All that happens is you end up bitter and cynical.

You have two choices when you read this thread Op, listen to the people who tell you what you want to hear or listen to those who confirm to you deep down what you already know to be the truth, but don't necessarily want th hear. Both have your best interests at heart.

The 'easy on the ear' answers may help you keep you chin up for now, the harder answers will help toughen your chin so that you don't need the easy ones as much in the future.

The guy in your story couldn't tell you what you wanted to hear and didn't have the confidence to tell you what you didn't want to hear.

Rejection is as hard to give as it is to take, maybe if he felt you could have taken the rejection then he would have given it in a more honourable way.

(Unless of course he simply wasn't able to perform and was saving his own face).

Either way it only becomes your loss when YOU let it. You cannot lose what you don't have.

Look at the positive side. At least all you did was meet him and he's now out of your life. Imagine if you had let him fuck you. He might then have treated you like shit and you would have to cope with the same disappointment but knowing he had been inside you too. If what he did upset you I imagine if he had fucked you too you would now be feeling really cheap.

So think of it as a lucky break. You deserve better, whatever his reasons might have been. You know to choose more carefully so move on with your dignity intact and find someone else.

About being truthful? We went to a meet spoke with the couple swopped pics all seemed fine.

they gave us there address google mapped it decent area so thought not much could go wrong.

We landed at the door to her dressed already in basque stockins boots and declaring dont worry about my neithbours they all know why your here!!

this is in broad day light.

we nearly left then,

once inside the house was cluttered and dog hairs everywhere this is where they was entertaining we didnt fancy the rooms you dont see often like the bedroom.

The husband was out and we had to wait for him to return from bloody cricket!!!

we made our excuses and left, did you want us to tell the truth and say.

We dont like you because your house is dirty we find your manners revolting, we also dont like your brashness and the fact you show off in front of all the neithbours.

The truth hurts so maybe him going was a politer way of saying no thx. Ok not a nice way to handle it but it could of been worse,

we dont do home meets as they can be very hard to get out without hurting or being in a scrap if you told the truth.

So maybe next time meet socially or at a club? at least that way gives u all a get out if you dont get along. dont promise to fuck them on first meet and say its a social then at least no one is expecting anything?
