We would have laughed at the sight but some people would have reported you for sure.

Anyway, we know that you aren't that stupid to flash to families or when kids are around and this one was a single lady who was walking .

And since when a man can't walk around without a top on? It's a common even on citu streets. Then a woman's have the same right, its nothing against the law to be topless - including busy city streets/squares.

Going further by laws you can even bu fully naked - ues including genitals - just don't expose in "sexual" way.
