Risking your own area

When looking for meets, do you go for people just outside your area? Avoiding your own area incase you meet someone you know, to keep your swinging life from being known! Avoiding family members or work friends finding out?

I dont meet to close to home

I dont really want to be meeting people who im likely to bump into while im shopping with the kids but i dont drive so cant go to far afield

To be honest my ideal situation would be to meet someone who lives a fair bit away and met them at a hotel near me that way i dont have to travel to far but not meeting lcoal people

to be fair most people if you bump into them are probs only going to give you a little nod or a quick hello, i dont think many people would start talking about fab when your with someone

i have actually had it a few times, not from people who i have met off here but people who live near me that use the same local swinging club i go to, most have been ok tho i did have one guy think it was ok to come talk to me about the club when i was with someone, so could just as easy happen if its someone you met close off here

here's our dilemma....we really want to go to a club,we live 2 min walk fom one...literally....but really nervous about going....yet quite outgoing at the erotica ball in london,and in public in mcr......

I won't meet anyone within a 10 mile radius, I often have my eldest son with me when I go out, so don't like to run the risk of bumping into anyone I may of met, I also like to keep my everyday life and swinging life as separate as possible

People are aware we swing....it was gossip for a while and now its died down.... its suprising how many married people offer or send texts n stuff, or worse still think swinger=can shag me at will lol

When I first started meeting, I did look further afield, as I didn't want to 'meet' anyone I knew. But, as many don't actually put their correct location on their profile, I found myself meeting someone from Hartlepool & someone from Darlington,(both about 15 mile either side of me), who actually lived near me! Now I don't bother. I've met 3 people I know on here, & went forward with one meet. I wouldn't dream of speaking to anyone I'd met here in public. If it was a guy, would ignore, & a female, would smile. Pretty much the same as I would do with any stranger who made eye-contact

Seeing as there are very few single guys who meet in York, I have to go further afield for fun. Luckily, Leeds is full of horny guys who want to meet so not too far to travel.

I know someone who can't go to his local club as his boss lives practically next door to it. Bummer!

See, now I would think York is a fairly big place, with quite a few people on here, but obviously not. I was staying in the South-East recently, & thought lots of potential new meets! But I didn't think they were many on here at all, considering the size of population.

I avoid the local swingers club, one visit was enough to put me off. I don't arrange meets in the pub I work in; even my fb hasn't been there

our problem is.. That Nearby we actually have a Shopping City.

( LIVINGSTON ) and its surrounded by loads of towns and small villages...

Being local doesn't bother us, but if we did bump into someone and we were with others or they were we would just say hi. Don't see the point of being rude and ignoring someone just because you know them on a swinger site. After all you can speak without bringing up the subject of fab.

I have no problem with meeting local, We are all here for the same reason.

There is one person who lives on the next street to me, Ive seen her on cam in chat but i have never approached her, I dont think its a good idea but i do have a little smile when i see her around lol

If they're visiting me, am not bothered where they come from.

If I am visiting them, then within 20 miles or so is far enough. Am lazy like that

I don't have kids to consider or a wife that doesn't know that I 'socialise' behind her back.

If someone came over when I was out with friends, I wouldn't be phased as they are all aware I swing both ways anyway.

If I was out with my mum and dad, I would hope that common sense would prevail on their part.

If I see anyone out and about that I have played with, I wouldn't acknowledge them unless they acknowledged me first out of respect for the fact that their situation might not be as clear cut as mine.

When i used to "swing" with a partner; we meet local or travel dependant upon everyone circumstances - always good excuse for a night away lol - now on my own and living with my sister- i am more careful i tend not to meet in same town
