My grandparents still have a LOT of sex at 72 and 81. Probably where I get my sexual appetite from.

My gran once asked me “what lube is best for anal” during a family dinner. My mum was mortified and I almost fell off my chair laughing.

Although not an avid swinger and I only meet now and then I’ve found that many older women and couples over 65 still love sex.

It’s often more relaxed and tactile with lots of foreplay and after play.

Relaxing with a glass of wine or a cup of tea afterwards is the icing on the cake

I don't think there's one answer fits all.

Lots of women are very sexual well into older age that doesn't always mean just fucking. Lots of women aren't.
