How often do you change your underwear

Ok...so here is a bit of a random one.

Whilst chatting with a woman on here, we got on to the topic of changing underwear during the day. I was a bit shocked to find out she changed her 3 or 4 times a day, and said 'most women do'.

Now if its a really hot day or iv been doing exercise or anything like that, ill have a shower and change after, but otherwise I wear the same from morning till i change into my pjs at night.

Got me wondering..is it me thats abnormal?! Or her?! Or does it differ for women to men?

That's the same as what I do.. I only change them in the day if I've been to the gym, swimming or had a sesh!

When I lived in Malaysia about 3-4 times per day but back in the UK, about 1 time per day.

Once a day - unless I’ve got a meet and will always shower and put on my slinky best underwear and not my tatty usuals

Twice a day clean on in the morning and then again after I shower when I get in from work
