Two days? I’d inhale them in an hour, I’d regret it but that wouldn’t stop me

Derby

If you open a pack and it's not gone all to yourself in 30 minutes then there is something wrong with you.

Same with multipacks of crisps...open, gone!

Hell

I'd eat a whole pack of caramel digestives to myself easily haha

But I don't even have the excuse of drinking tea or coffee to justify eating biscuits haha

The king of biscuits. Don't blame you.

I try to limit myself to 2 biscuits per day but it's hard being in the house all the time haha

I (her) am lethal around biscuits and so I can't often buy them.

My favourite biscuits are fig rolls, I could very easily demolish the pack whilst putting the shopping away.

We are keen runners and I am looking for snacks other than energy gels for me to eat on long runs and we found out that fig rolls would be a good source of energy.

My problem was how to have fig rolls last long enough in the house until I need them for a long run. So, i have put a pack in the freezer with the intention of only taking out a couple on the day of my run.

Haven't tried fig rolls from the freezer yet but I'll give them a go.

I had one chocolate digestive biscuit in the last 10 days as a treat for myself for doing well with weight loss program. That was a really good biscuit.
